目的 为缩短设计周期、 节约生产成本和方便设计人员操作, 开发基于SolidWorks的塑封机构参数化设计系统。方法 在SolidWorks平台上, 通过使用Visual C++6.0的ATL COM向导模式, 对生产蝇香产品的塑封机构进行参数化定制开发。结果 在Visual C++6.0的MFC中建立的人机交互界面上输入蝇香产品的直径等参数, 可以快速得到塑封机构的零件模型、 装配体模型和工程图。结论 建立的塑封机构参数设计系统能够缩短计周期, 降低生产成本, 指导生产实践。 |

Abstract: |
A parameterized system for encapsulation machine was developed based on SolidWorks, in order to shorten the design cycle, save the design cost, and to be convenient for users. ATL COM Wizard mode of Visual C ++ 6.0 was employed to customize a parameterized system of encapsulation machine for producing flies incense on SolidWorks. By inputting the diameter of flies incense on human-computer interaction interface, we can get part model, assembly model and engineering drawing quickly. The parameterized system can shorten the design cycle, save the design cost, and guide the production practice. |
