移动医疗产品服务系统设计探究

摘要:

从创新与传统的矛盾性、为健康设计的复杂性、用户体验的重要性和系统要素间的协调性4 个方面，分析了移动医疗产品服务系统中要处理的设计问题。例举了住院老人床上用品的系统服务设计，提出了系统中以“用户”为主体的产品服务与情感体验的融合，为用户营造健康、时尚的医疗服务体验。

Abstract:

It analyzed the design problems in mobile health product service system，from the contradiction of innovation and tradition，the complexity of the design for health，the importance of the user experience，and the coordination between the elements of system.For example system service design of the hospitalized elderly's beddings，it proposed the integration of product service and emotional experience of "users" as the main body in the system，to create healthy and fashionable medical service experience.
