摘要:

基于车身件的 SKD 运输包装,针对随机振动分析中车架强度不足的问题,利用 Design Explore 对加强筋的角度及尺寸进行了优化设计,选取了最优解,使承载车架结构在重新设计后满足强度及变形量的要求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the insufficient strength problem of frame for SKD transport packaging of car body found in random vibration analysis, optimal design of the angle and size of the frame ribs was carried out using Design Explore.The optimal solution was obtained. The redesigned frame structure meets the requirements of strength and deformation.
