食品包装安全开启的人机设计

摘要:

针对食品包装开启中出现的安全隐患，以人机工程学原理为启示，对食品包装开启中的人机因素展开分析。在此基础上，探讨了食品包装开启前的导向安全、开启中的动作安全和开启后的再使用安全的人机设计方式，提出了在食品包装的开启设计中，应采取相应的措施解决安全隐患，使食品包装在开启使用时既满足食品本身的安全需要，又适宜地保证了使用者的安全，从而提升受众对产品的认可和信任。

Ergonomics Design of Food Packaging Safe Opening

Abstract:

Aiming at the safe hidden trouble appeared in the food packaging open, inspired by the ergonomic principles, it analyzed the ergonomics factors in the food packaging open. It discussed the ergonomics design approach for the guide safety before the food packaging open, action safety in open and reuse safe after open. It should take appropriate measures to address the security risks in the open design of food packaging, to make food packaging in the open when in use can not only meet the security needs of the food itself, but also to ensure the safety of the users, so as to enhance the audience of product recognition and trust.
