为了制备超疏水性纳米有机涂层,以机械共混的方法,将一种新型纳米 SiO2 颗粒加入到了一种溶剂型光油中。 为了进一步提高涂层的疏水性以及解决纳米粒子带来的问题,在体系中加入了异丙醇、三乙酸甘油酯以及硅油。 结果表明:通过调整各组分的比例,水滴在涂层表面的接触角能够达到 160°,实现了超疏水。 |

Abstract: |
A super-hydrophobic organic nano coating was prepared by adding a new type of nano-SiO2 particles to a solvent-based varnish with mechanical blending methods. Isopropyl alcohol, glycerol triacetate and silicone oil were added into the system to improve hydrophobic property. The result showed that the water droplet contact angle on the coating surface reaches 165° by adjusting the ratio of each component, which leads to its super-hydrophobic property. |
