摘要: |
以经典包装都蕴藏着生动的“故事”为启示,分析了情景调查方法的含义及其特点,论述了用户受到生活环境、社会环境和活动特点的影响,在生理和心理上改变了对包装的需求,形成了不同的用户群体。在此基础上,提出对用户情景进行实地观察和访谈并换位思考,才能准确地定位用户群体,获得真实的用户需求,为产品包装的概念设计提供更可靠的依据。 |

Abstract: |
With classical packaging containing the vivid "story" for the enlightenment, it analyzed the meaning and characteristics of the contextual inquiry method. It discussed the user by life environment and social environment and activity characteristics factors was affected, in physical and psychological changed on packaging needs of, form different user groups. Based on this, it put forward the user situation of field study and interview, and empathy in order to accurately locate the user groups, get real user demand, for the product packaging design concept to provide more reliable basis. |
