| 以当前手机服务与应用设计的现状与发展趋势为启示，分析了以用户为中心的基本流程与方法及其在手机服务与应用设计上的可行性。在此基础上，提出了手机服务与应用设计的基本理念和设计方法，并进行了相关实践应用，验证了该方法在设计过程中的有效性。 |

| Taking the situation and the development tendency of current mobile service and application design for the enlightenment, it analyzed the basic process and method of UCD, as well as the feasibility that used on mobile phone service and application design. Based on this, it proposed the mobile service and application design basic idea and design method, through the relevant practice, and validated the effectiveness of this method in design process. |
