针对在常规的可用性评价中,由于人的主观判断存在一定的偏差,而只采用确定的评分值对产品评价容易导致评价结果不合理的问题,将用户的评分以区间数的形式来表示以解决上述问题。运用属性数学中的AHM 和模糊综合评价方法对手机界面进行评价,并使用区间数的期望-方差排序法对评价结果进行分析。 |

Abstract: |
Due to the subjective judgment of the people, there is a certain deviation in the conventional usability evaluation, while using only identified score would leading to the evaluation results unreasonable. It will score the form of interval numbers to address the issue. Using of the property Mathematics AHM and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the mobile phone interface, and the expectations of the interval numbers - sort of variance to analyze the evaluation results. |
