采用实验的方法,从OPP膜上获取了10种凹印网穴深度在2种印刷速度下的实地密度数值,在MATLAB中建立了网穴深度与实地密度之间的一阶线性数学模型和非线性倒指数数学模型,探讨了凹印网穴深度与样品实地密度之间的关系。实验结果表明,凹印网穴深度与样品实地密度之间存在明显的非线性关系。 |

Abstract: |
The solid density values of ten ink cell depths under two kinds of printing speed on OPP films were acquired by experiment. First-order mathematic model and reciprocal exponent mathematic model between ink cell depth and solid density were established in MATLAB. The relation between ink cell depth and solid density was discussed. Experimental results showed that nonlinear relationship between ink cell depth and solid density is significant. |
