| 分析了黑箱子模型和产品设计之间的关系，并结合转笔刀的使用功能建立了其设计过程中的黑箱子模型，以此为基本构造方法，通过过程描述、子功能的的设计、功能结构的创建、验证及组件识别5 个阶段，创建了转笔刀在开发设计中基于消费者需求的功能结构，从而使转笔刀的设计与消费者的需求之间建立了一种明确而清晰的关系，并简化了设计问题，提高了设计效率。 |

| Abstract: |
| It analyzed the relationship between black box model and product design and built the black box model of the pencil sharpener in the design process. As basic method of black box, it created the function structure through based on the customers′needs through process description, sub-function design, creation of function structure, verification and components identification. So that it built a clear relationship between product design and customers′needs to transformed product design problem into a simple problem and improved design efficiency. |
