基于逆向反求技术的基本原理及其在工业设计中的重要应用, 利用GMAGIC逆向反求软件, 以儿童车的逆向反求设计为例, 对逆向反求方法的设计流程进行实例分析和深入总结, 阐述了逆向反求设计的设计流程和设计方法, 并在CULT3D软件中对设计的儿童车模型进行虚拟展示。通过逆向设计方法可以快速得到现有儿童车结构的三维数字化数据, 并在此基础上展开快速再设计创新, 成本低, 设计周期短, 逆向设计方法在儿童车设计以及其他产品的设计中都具有重要的意义。 |

It expounded the basic principle of reverse engineering technology and its application in industrial design, by the use of GMAGIC reverse software, taking children′ s car reverse design as an example, made analysis and summary of the reverse method in design process, elaborated the reverse design process and design methods, and made virtual display of children′ s car model in the CULT3D software. The reverse design is a quick way to get the three-dimensional structure of the existing child car digital data, and on this basis, rapid re-design innovation, low cost, short design cycle,reverse design has an important significance in children′ s car design and the design of other products. |
