粉针剂连续振动充填装置的仿真设计

摘要:
针对粉针剂粘性大、流动性差的特点,深入分析了以压电双晶片为驱动元件的振动送料器的工作原理,设计了连续振动充填装置,建立了虚拟样机模型,并采用COSMOS Motion进行了仿真分析,优化了装置的工作参数,在保证精度与稳定性的前提下,实现了医药粉料的快速充填。

Simulation Design of Continuous Vibration Filling Machine of Injectable Powder

Abstract:
The injectable powder had the characteristics of high viscidity and slow flowability. A continuous vibration filling machine was designed and the virtual prototype model was established through analysis of the working principle of vibration feeder machine with bimorph drive component. Simulation analysis of the machine was carried out using COSMOS Motion and the parameters were optimized. Fast filling of injectable powder was realized on the premise of precision and stability assurance.
