| 摘要: |
| 借鉴敏捷制造与敏捷开发的研究成果，从方法、管理和人员方面对工业设计的敏捷性进行了分析。在此基础上，结合敏捷项目管理的价值、质量和约束三要素，阐述了工业设计敏捷管理的绩效评价要素内涵。基于CTRS 和CIPME 模型，从价值、成本、响应时间、稳健性和自适应范围等5 个方面构建了敏捷设计管理的VCTRS 绩效评价指标体系，并对各指标进行了定量衡量。 |

| Abstract: |
| The practices of agile manufacturing and agile development give a reference to industrial design. The agility of industrial design is analyzed from aspects of method, management and personnel. On the basis, it represented the value, quality and constraints of agile design management. Based on CTRS and CIPME model, the VCTRS performance evaluation system of agile design management is built from value, cost, time of response, robustness and scope of change, and each index is measured. |
