| 从保持绿色生态资源发展优势、促进产业发展优势和保持品牌优势的需要出发，阐述了鄱阳湖生态经济区出版物包装低碳设计的必要性，并对区域内出版物包装低碳设计发展存在的问题进行了分析。在此基础上，提出了通过加强政策引导及支持、加强对新技术新材料的利用、加强出版物包装低碳设计创新来推进区域内出版物包装低碳设计发展的对策，以实现生态环境和经济发展的双赢。 |

| The necessity of publications low-carbon packaging design in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone has been expatiated and the problems during its development have been analyzed due to keeping the advantage of green ecological resources, promoting the advantages of industrial developing as well as maintaining the brand advantages. On this basis, countermeasures of promoting regional publications low-carbon packaging design have been investigated including strengthening policy leading and supporting, making better use of new technology and materials and advocating the innovation of the low carbon design of the publication packaging, with the purpose that we can gain win-win in both ecological environment and economic development. |
