瓦楞纸板螺旋横切机弹性除侧隙叠装齿轮的结构设计

摘要:
论述了瓦楞纸板螺旋横切机叠装除侧隙齿轮的一种新型弹性叠装调整结构,用以解决瓦楞纸板螺旋横切机上下刀辊间1∶1传动无侧隙啮合齿轮的调整侧隙问题。通过研究近年来国外业界提出的螺旋式电脑横切机的设计构思的基本原理,清楚得出了齿侧间隙是影响横切机高质量工作的重要因素,从而创新性的提出了该新型弹性叠装调整结构。弹性叠装齿轮调隙结构一定程度上解决了螺旋横切机上调隙齿轮工作部分噪声较大、寿命较低的问题,且该结构还适用于所有需要调整侧隙的场合。

Structure Design of Elastic Stack Loading Gear for Corrugated Board Spiral Cutting Machine

Abstract:
A new kind of elastic stack adjustment structure for removing gear backlash of corrugated board spiral cutting machine was introduced to solve gear backlash adjustment problem of upper and lower rollers during 1∶1 transmission with non side backlash gear. The basic theory of computer spiral cutting machine design conceive from foreign countries was studied. It was concluded that gear backlash is the key factor influencing work quality of cutting machine. A creative new elastic stack adjustment structure was put forward. The elastic stack adjustment structure solves the long-standing problems in industry, such as large noise and low service. The structure can also be applied to all occasions where gear backlash adjustment is needed.
