材料自身的起电特性、电阻率和衰减时间等特征,决定了包装材料的防静电性能。通过使用抗静电改性剂、导电性填充和辐照等方法,提高了包装材料的防静电性能。利用层压复合型防静电阻隔材料,开发了出新型多功能防静电包装材料,并采用合理的防静电包装设计,从而达到了静电敏感产品的防静电包装要求。 |

Abstract: |
The anti-electrostatic performance of packaging material depends on its electrification rate, resistivity and decay time. The anti-electrostatic performance of packaging material can be improved by using antistatic agent, conductive padding and irradiation. A new type of multi-functional anti-static packaging material was developed by using anti-static lamination with suitable packaging design method. The material was proved to achieve the anti-static packaging requirement of electrostatic sensitive product. |
