根据钢板包装中捆带的捆扎方式,建立了捆带受力的物理模型,对钢板包装捆扎的力学性能进行了研究,计算和分析了捆带的受力状态,并提出了改进钢板包装效果的方法。同时,基于Hypermesh 10.0对钢板包装捆扎进行了有限元分析,研究结果可为钢板包装捆扎设计提供理论依据。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the bundled mode, physical models of the strap in steel plate packaging were established and the mechanical properties were studied. The calculation and analysis of packaging strap stress was discussed and methods were put forward to make the steel plate packaging more effective. Meanwhile, a finite element analysis of the steel plate packaging based on Hypermesh 10.0 was made. The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for steel plate bundled packaging design. |
