| 针对企业的设计项目评估、 设计团队管理、 人才创新能力挖掘等方面进行了一些分析， 并在设计管理的构架下，为企业如何丰富设计管理创新内容提出了一些建议。提倡建立一套规范的设计管理标准文件， 以便更有效地执行设计管理战略， 避免设计管理的随意性与不确定性。相信这些对国内很多企业的设计管理能够有一定的借鉴作用。 |

| It analyzed the design program evaluation, design team management, the creative ability of the talented person, and provided some suggestions for the enterprise how to expand the creative content of the design management under the architecture of the design management. It advocated to establish a set of normative design management standard documents in order to effectively perform the design management strategy and avoid the liberty and uncertainty of the design management. Believe all of these would be the reference for many domestic enterprises in their design management. |
