目的 解决卷烟接装纸泡皱问题,明确最佳的卷接机设备参数配置。方法 通过对影响接装纸泡皱率的关键因素进行单因素试验和全因子实验设计(DOE),研究YJ17型卷接机搓接参数对接装纸泡皱的影响。结果 卷烟搓接过程中,搓板结胶、搓板与搓轮间隙、起搓条与搓轮烟槽间隙、搓板温度对接装纸泡皱率的影响较大。通过改进搓板搓接面,将搓板与搓轮间隙调整为8.0 mm、起搓条与搓轮烟槽间隙调整为7.1 mm时,真龙A牌号烟支接装纸泡皱现象得到明显改善。结论 在相同的接装纸和环境温度条件下,通过调整优化搓板与搓轮间隙、起搓条与搓轮烟槽间隙,有效降低真龙A牌号烟支接装纸泡皱缺陷率,本研究为卷烟生产接装纸泡皱问题提供了解决方案,也为卷烟生产工艺的智能优化提供了新思路。 |

The work aims to solve the wrinkles of tipping paper for cigarette and determine the optimal parameters of winder equipment. The combined method of single factor experiment and full factorial design of experiment was used to investigate the key factors affecting the wrinkle rate of tipping paper and further study the effect of rolling parameters of YJ17 winder equipment on the wrinkle of tipping paper. During the process of rolling of cigarette, the effect of the bonding, the gap between rolling board and roller, the gap between rolling strip and roller groove, and the temperature of rolling board on the wrinkle rate of the tipping paper was obvious. By improving the rolling surface of the rolling board, when the gap between the rolling board and the roller was 8.0 mm and the gap between the rolling strip and the roller groove was 7.1 mm, the wrinkle phenomenon of the Zhenlong A cigarette tipping paper was obviously improved. Under the same tipping paper and ambient temperature conditions, by adjusting and optimizing the gap between the rolling board and the roller, and the gap between the rolling strip and the roller groove, the wrinkle rate of Zhenlong A cigarette tipping paper is effectively reduced. This study provides a solution for the wrinkle problem in cigarette production, and also offers a new idea for the intelligent optimization of cigarette production technology. |
