工艺因素对植物纤维活性发泡材料发泡性能及力学性能的影响

摘要:
目的 探究不同的原料配比、工艺参数对植物纤维发泡材料的发泡性能、力学性能的影响。方法 以阔叶木纤维和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,利用聚醚(F127)活性发泡和常压干燥工艺制备植物纤维发泡材料。结果 随着纤维含量的提升,材料发泡倍率、孔隙率、排液率均呈现降低趋势。在纤维含量较低时,材料拥有较好的回弹性,反之,材料具有较高的抗压强度。F127的加入有效降低了体系的表面张力,材料的泡孔尺寸逐渐减小。随着F127的增加,材料的发泡倍率、孔隙率和回弹率呈现先增加后降低的趋势,抗压强度变化不明显。湿度增加则植物纤维发泡材料的回弹性增加,温度增加则其抗压强度增加。结论 当植物纤维、PVA、F127的质量分数分别为4%、3%、2%时,植物纤维发泡材料的综合性能较优异。

Effect of Process Factors on Foaming Properties and Mechanical Properties of Plant Fiber Active Foaming Materials

Abstract:
The work aims to investigate the effects of different raw material ratios and process parameters on the foaming properties and mechanical properties of plant fiber foaming materials. Plant fiber foaming materials were prepared by the active foaming and atmospheric drying process with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyether (F127) as raw materials. As the fiber content increased, the foaming ratio, porosity, and drainage rate of the material decreased gradually. When the fiber content was low, the material had good resilience, but when it was high, the material had high compressive strength. The addition of F127 effectively reduced the surface tension of the system, and the size of the material pores gradually decreased. As F127 increased, the foaming ratio, porosity, and resilience of the material showed an increasing trend firstly and then decreased, while the compressive strength changed little. The resilience of the plant fiber foaming material increased with the increasing humidity, and its compressive strength increased with the increasing temperature. When the mass fraction of plant fiber, PVA and F127 is 4%, 3% and 2% respectively, the plant fiber foaming material has the most excellent comprehensive performance.
