Abstract:
The work aims to grasp the current status, hot spots and trends of eugenol research in food field in China and abroad, which is beneficial for intensive studies and application expansion of eugenol. 243 CNKI articles and 1 352 WOS articles were retrieved with "eugenol" as the subject term and "food" as the subject field based on CiteSpace and bibliometric online analysis platform and then a quantitative analysis was conducted according to the publication number, country, journal and author.
