目的 解决食品包装环节存在的耗时费力、一致性差、食物污染、封装效率低等问题。方法 研究的餐盘食品全自动保鲜封装冷藏系统由拉膜续膜、离合式断膜、自适应滚轮封膜、送料运输、冷藏取料等机构组成。利用机器视觉技术,完成自动设定相关运行参数,从而自动完成封装的工艺流程,实现以机代人目标。结果 经过多样本反复实验,图像识别速度达到0.1 s以内,可以支持多种类、多尺寸餐盘的封装,满足设计需求。结论 本研究达到了节约人力、提高生产效率、提高智能化水平的目的,对餐饮企业及家庭摆脱手工封膜具有重要的指导意义。 |

Abstract: |
The work aims to solve the time-consuming, laborious problem, poor consistency, food pollution, low packaging efficiency and other problems in food packaging. The full-automatic fresh-keeping, packaging and refrigeration system of plate food studied in this work comprised film pulling and film renewal, clutch film breaking, adaptive roller film sealing, feeding and transportation, refrigeration reclaiming, etc. The machine vision technology was used to automatically set relevant operation parameters of the machine, so as to complete the automatic packaging of the machine and realize the goal of replacing laborers with machines. After repeated experiments with multiple samples, the image recognition speed was less than 0.1 s. The machine supported the packaging of multiple kinds and sizes of plates to meet the design requirements. This study has achieved the purpose of saving the workforce, improving production efficiency, and improving the level of intelligence. It has important guiding significance for catering enterprises and families to eliminate manual film sealing. |
