沉浸体验视角下书法APP用户满意度影响因素模型构建

摘要:
目的 立足书法现代化传承,基于沉浸理论对书法移动应用平台展开实证研究,探索用户在使用书法移动应用时的情感体验规律,旨在挖掘科学的设计策略。方法 首先对16名产生沉浸体验的用户进行深度访谈,提取用户达到沉浸体验的影响指标,基于沉浸理论的条件要素对影响指标进行编码并制作初始问卷,预测试后开展大规模的正式问卷调研,并进行结构方程模型的构建与分析。结果 结果显示,明确且清晰的目标是影响用户满意度的关键维度,该问卷能够有效测量使用书法移动应用平台的用户是否达到沉浸体验。同时,适时有价值的反馈及技能与任务挑战相匹配也对用户满意度有显著正向影响。结论 根据实证研究的结果,改进提升用户沉浸体验的方法,分析并提出书法移动应用平台的设计策略,从而为今后的相关实践与研究提供指导。

Empirical Study on the Elements of Flow Experience in Mobile Application Platforms from the Perspective of Calligraphy

Abstract:
Based on the inheritance of calligraphy modernization and the empirical research on the calligraphy mobile application platform based on the immersion theory, the paper explores the laws of users’ emotional experience when using calligraphy mobile applications to study scientific design strategies. In-depth interview for 16 participants who have flow experience was conducted to extract the impact indicators of the users to achieve the flow experience. The impact indicators were encoded based on the flow theory to produce the initial questionnaire. After its pre-test, a large-scale formal questionnaire survey was conducted and the structural equation model was constructed and analyzed. The results show that the questionnaire can effectively measure whether the users of the calligraphy mobile application platform reach the flow experience, and the explicit and clear goal is the key dimension that affects the user satisfaction. At the same time, timely and valuable feedback, skill matching and task challenge also have a significant positive impact on user satisfaction. Based on this conclusion, the method to improve user flow experience, and the design strategy of the calligraphy mobile application platform proposed provide guidance for future practice and research.
