| 目的 在前期研究结果的基础上，开发具有湿度调节、抗菌功能的功能硅藻土装饰纸。方法 以硅藻土为基料，通过传统的涂布工艺制备具有湿度调节、抗菌功能、现场个性化喷印的硅藻土装饰纸。 结果 硅藻土装饰纸适于使用水墨进行印刷，其覆盖力强、密度均匀、色差小，可根据客户要求进行现场打印，进而实现私人订制。硅藻土装饰纸具有良好的湿度调节功能，通过控制涂布量使硅藻土装饰纸的吸放湿率均在15%以上。通过负载抗菌剂可赋予装饰纸良好的抗菌性能，抑菌圈可达23 mm以上。结论 所开发的硅藻土装饰纸不仅能用于家居装饰，也可用于物品包装，且可实现私人订制，具有个性化、便捷、低耗、价廉等优点，是一种具有良好应用前景的装饰包装材料。 |

| The work aims to develop the functional diatomite decorative paper with humidity control and antibacterial performance based on the previous research results. With diatomite as the raw material, the diatomite decorative paper with humidity control, antibacterial performance and on-site personalized printing was prepared by traditional coating process. Diatomite decorative paper was suitable for printing with water-based ink. With strong coverage, uniform density and lower color difference, it could be printed on site upon request of customers, thus realizing private customization. Diatomite decorative paper had a good humidity control function. By controlling the coating amount, the moisture absorption and desorption rates of diatomite decorative paper were both above 15%. The decorative paper could be endowed with good antibacterial performance by loading antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial circle could reach over 23 mm. The diatomite decorative paper developed can be used not only for home decoration, but also for packaging and can be customized privately. Featured by personality, convenience, lower consumption and lower price, diatomite decorative paper is a kind of decorative packaging material with good application prospect. |
