| 目的 创新政府管理下网络众包的快递包装回收模式。方法 通过文献研究、案例分析、实地调查、统计分析、模型构建等研究方法，对快递包装存在的资源严重浪费、环境污染等社会问题及包装回收现状进行深入研究，并创新网络众包理念，探索政府管理下网络众包的快递包装回收的新模式。结果 构建了数字化快递包装智慧管理系统，提高了快递包装回收率，解决了快递包装造成的严重社会问题。结论 构建了政府管理下网络众包的快递包装回收模式，实现了快递包装回收的众包结构与关系创新、包装循环创新、回收众包平台的功能和管理创新。 |

| Abstract: |
| The work aims to innovate the express package recovery mode of network crowdsourcing under the government management. Through literature research, case analysis, field investigation, statistical analysis, model building and other research methods, the social problems of express package such as serious waste of resources and environmental pollution as well as the current situation of package recovery were deeply studied. Moreover, the concept of network crowdsourcing was innovated and the new mode of express package recovery of network crowdsourcing under government management was explored. The construction of intelligent management system of digital express package improved the express package recovery rate and solved severe social problems caused by the express package. The express package recovery mode of network crowdsourcing under the government management is constructed. The innovation of crowsourcing structure and relationship of express package recovery, the innovation of package recycling and the innovation of function and management of crowsourcing platform are achieved. |
