目的 建立婴幼儿食品接触喂食奶嘴中 9 种挥发性甲基硅氧烷(VMS)在食品模拟物中迁移量的测定方法。方法 采用蒸馏水、体积分数为 3%的乙酸和体积分数为 50%的乙醇作为食品模拟物,利用吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法(P&T-GC-MS)测定喂食奶嘴在 40 ℃浸泡 24 h 后 9 种 VMS 单体的迁移量。结果 方法学评价结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、回收率高、选择性好,能满足实际工作的要求。迁移实验结果表明,9 种 VMSs 均被检出,3 个品牌的硅胶奶嘴中的 VMSs 总迁移量在乙醇(50%)中最高,为 2.62~11.58 μg/mL。结论 硅胶喂食奶嘴在使用过程中可能存在一定的 VMSs 迁移和食入风险,尤其在高脂类食物中风险更高。 |

The work aims to establish the method for the determination of migration levels of 9 volatile methylsiloxanes (VMSs) in the food simulants from the infant food-contact silicone teats. Distilled water, acetic acid (volume fraction: 3%) and ethanol (volume fraction: 50%) were used as food simulants. Purge and trap coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (P&T-GC-MS) was used to determine the migration levels of 9 VMSs in silicone teats after soaked for 24 h at 40 ℃. The result of methodology evaluation showed that the method of high sensitivity, high recovery rate and good selectivity could meet the requirements of actual determination. The result of migration experiments indicated that 9 VMSs were all detected. The total migration level of VMSs in ethanol (50%) from three brands of silicone teats was the highest, which ranged from 2.62~11.58 μg/mL. There is certain risk of migration and ingestion of VMSs from silicone teats during the use, and the risk is higher in high-fat foods. |
