目的 糖尿病这一慢性代谢性疾病,在治疗方法上越来越倾向于早期胰岛素注射治疗,需要注射胰岛素的患者数量不断增多,且更趋于年轻化。针对日益增长的糖尿病人日常携带胰岛素长时间外出使用的需求,而市场上却严重缺乏高效且便携的胰岛素包装保温产品的现状,探索一种新的不仅可以有效提升胰岛素包装保温性能且十分便携可靠的优化设计思路和方法。方法 从糖尿病人对高效的保温性能需求出发,从保温和储能材料本身以及产品结构设计两方面入手,通过需求调研,储能与保温材料性能对比分析,以及构件和功能设计等方面进行胰岛素包装保温性能的优化设计。结论 得到了一种利用新保温材料与新储能结构设计相结合的全新的胰岛素包装保温性能优化方法,并设计出了一套具体的设计方案。 |

Abstract: |
Diabetes is a kind of chronic metabolic disease, therapies of which are more and more preferred to early injection of insulin. The number of patients needed insulin is in escalation and the age of whom was getting smaller. So, aiming at their demands of carrying insulin out daily and in a long time, coupled with a serious lack of efficient and portable insulated insulin packaging products in the market, a new idea and method of optimizing the insulation performance of insulin packaging and promoting its portability is explored. Starting from the demand for efficient thermal insulation performance in patients with diabetes, the thermal insulation performance of insulin packaging from the material, structure and design is optimized. Based on this, a new method of optimizing thermal insulation properties using new materials combined with the new storage structure design is obtained, and a specific project of optimization is designed. |
