偶联剂改性废纸/PETG生物复合材料

摘要:
目的 制备可生物降解的偶联剂改性废纸/PETG木塑复合材料,并检测其各方面的性能。方法 分别采用偶联剂KH550,KH560和KH570对废纸粉进行改性处理,并与PETG制备木塑生物复合材料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、力学性能检测、吸水性能分析、扫描电镜和热重分析,研究偶联剂的加入对材料结构、力学性能、吸水性、微观形貌和热稳定性的影响。结果 KH550对复合材料性能的增强效果最好,当KH550质量分数为1%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到峰值,分别提高了32.8%和13.7%。结论 偶联剂能明显改善复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性,降低其吸水率,在包装领域具有很好的应用前景。

Waste Paper/PETG Biocomposite Modified by Coupling Agent

Abstract:
The work aims to prepare biodegradable waste paper/PETG wood-plastic composites modified by coupling agent and test their properties. The coupling agents KH550, KH560 and KH570 were used to modify the waste paper powder, and then the wood-plastic biocomposite were prepared with PETG. The effects of the addition of coupling agent on the structure, mechanical properties, water absorption, microstructure and thermal stability were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, mechanical property detection, water absorption analysis, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. KH550 had the best enhancement effect on the properties of the composites. When the mass fraction of KH550 was 1%, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites reached their peak values, increased by 32.8% and 13.7%, respectively. The coupling agent can significantly improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composite and reduce its water absorption, so it has a good application prospect in the packaging field.
