目的 研究创客办公空间系统的特点,探索现代办公空间的设计思路,打造符合“绿色、共享、高效、环保”理念的创客办公空间。方法 运用服务设计的理念和策略,以创客用户为先,追踪所有参与人员的行为过程,提炼涉及所有机会点。分别以业务空间、展示空间、共享空间、私人空间为触点进行设计实践,致力于打造完美的用户体验。结论 服务设计中对用户行为和过程的研究能够有效把握创客空间的现实痛点和潜在需求,为现代城市办公空间的设计方向提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
It aims to study the characteristic of maker space’s office system, to explore the design thought of modern office space, to establish the maker space in accord with the idea of green, share, efficient and environmental.Using service design’s idea and strategy, giving priority to maker user, tracing behavior process of all participant, all the chances are got. The business space, exhibition space, shared space and private space are designed and carried out for four contacts, extracting all the involved contact and opportunity, establishing perfect user experience.The investigation on the user behavior and process in service design can effectively grasp the reality pain spot and potential demand, and provide reference for the design direction of modern city office space. |
