目的 基于峰终定律对汽车售票机关键界面进行改良, 从而有效改善公共交通自助设备的用户体验。方法 运用实地观察、 用户访谈、 事后回顾评价与Kano模型相结合的研究方法, 寻找用户体验的 “峰”“终” 时刻, 并最终确定5个关键产品界面; 再综合运用用户心智模型和ACD理念等知识进行设计实践, 最终对设计成果进行用户测试与评估。结论 运用该方法可有效地进行产品界面改良, 增加产品操作的流畅性, 改善用户的心理感受。 |

Abstract: |
Study has been made to improve the key surface of car ticket dispenser based on peak-end rule,and thus effectively improve user experience of public transport self-service equipment. Find the "peak" and "end" time of user experience and finally determine the five key products interfaces through the research method combining field observation, user interview, evaluation after the event and Kano model. Then user mental model, ACD method, etc are used for design, as well as test and evaluation of the design.This method can help effectively improve the product interfaces, and make product operation smoother so as to improve user experience. |
