目的 提出一种功能分析系统技术与TRIZ集成的方法, 并应用于自动牙签包装机设计。方法 利用功能分析系统技术, 绘制牙签包装机的功能系统图, 再运用TRIZ理论、 专利库以及现有经验将功能映射成结构, 最后将各结构组合, 得到基于功能分析系统技术和TRIZ的牙签包装机设计路线。结果 得到了自动牙签包装机的设计方案, 实现了大袋牙签包装的自动化, 提高了生产效率。结论 对牙签包装机的创新设计验证了该设计路线对新技术系统设计与开发的有效性。 |

A method of function analysis system technique integrated with TRIZ is put forward and applied to the design of automatic toothpick packaging machine.Through function analysis system technique, the function system diagram of toothpick packaging machine is drawn. Then TRIZ theory and tools, patent libraries and existing experience are used to convert function to structure.The innovation design route based on function analysis system technique and TRIZ is achieved. The design scheme of toothpick packaging machine is obtained. Automation packaging of the big toothpick package is realized. The production efficiency is effectively improved. The validity and practicability of the design route is validated by the innovation design process of toothpick packaging machine for the design and development of new technology system. |
