目的 研究应用案例造型信息进行机电产品造型方案创新的方法与实现技术。方法 通过对案例造型部件及其造型元素的解构, 应用形态学矩阵组合产品造型新方案, 评分法及AHP法对案例造型部件特征、 造型元素、 造型意象词汇进行量化, BP神经网络构建造型方案的意象预测模型, 灰色加权关联度构建遗传算法适应度函数。结论 开发的电动自行车造型设计系统能依据客户需求目标, 在应用案例造型信息综合方案的基础上, 优选出产品造型方案, 实现机电产品造型方案的创新。 |

It researches the methods and implementation technology of applying case form information and carrying out the modeling scheme innovation of mechanical and electrical products. Through the deconstruction of the case form parts and its elements, it applies new scheme of the morphological matrix combination, to quantify the case form component characteristics, form element, form image vocabulary by score method and AHP method, BP neural network to construct image prediction form of form scheme, grey weighted related degree to construct the fitness function of genetic algorithm. Electric bicycle design system development can optimize product modeling scheme and realize the innovation of mechanical and electrical products form scheme according to customer demand target based on the application case shape information integrated scheme. |
