目的 基于PLC控制系统对电动机进行正反转控制, 提高封边机板材进给系统动作调整的自动化程度。方法 在对封边机板材进给系统动作要求进行分析的基础上, 基于PLC控制系统, 对封边机板材进给系统中电动机正反转及整体控制进行程序设计, 以实现进给系统中电动机的动作顺序控制。结果 利用PLC控制封边机板材进给系中电动机的动作顺序, 实现了进送料、 宽度调整、 输送和机架与升降台等机构的动作调整, 封边机板材进给系统的工作过程能自动控制。结论 该封边机板材进给系统运行稳定可靠, 保证了板材运动的稳定性和控制的可靠性, 提高了生产效率。 |

This study aimed to improve the automation-degree of action adjustment of slab feeding system in edge banding machine, and to ensure the efficient and real-time of the system operation. Through a study of action required of slab feeding system in edge banding machine and the programming of PLC control system, the operation sequence control of motors in feeding system was achieve. An automatically control was achieved during the work processes of slab feeding system in edge banding machine, which improved the production efficiency. The controlling of feeding system based on PLC has stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, and certain economic value. |
