| 摘要: |
| 目的 对城市社区退休老年人的休闲社交服务进行研究。方法 在文献调研与用户调研的基础上， 依托于杭州市实体社区信息化服务环境， 基于服务设计的视角， 进行退休休闲分享社交服务系统的设计探索。结果 基于休闲分享认知状况， 区分出高知独立型、 活跃型、 传统居家型3种用户类型，对各类层次的用户需求进行梳理， 提出退休休闲社区分享服务设计的框架。结论 基于社区服务管理， 提出退休休闲知识分享社区服务系统， 为退休老年人提供轻松的休闲知识资源学习与分享服务，并针对性地提供社区休闲分享社交活动服务。 |

| It studies the leisure social service for the retired people in city community.Based on the perspective of service design， the social service system design of the retire leisure sharing is studied using the methods of literature and user research， relying on Hangzhou city′s community information service environment.According to independent， active and traditional these three types of users to share the leisure knowledge， it sorts out the various levels of users′needs， and proposes the design framework of retired leisure community sharing service.Based on the community service management， it proposes the leisure knowledge resource study and sharing service for the retired people， accordingly provides social service of community leisure sharing. |
