目的 研究瓦楞单面机的自动化控制系统及人机界面的设计方法。方法 基于 PLC 和触摸屏技术, 制定单面机控制系统的总体设计方案, 对原纸温度、 上胶量及粘合压力等主要工艺参数进行控制并显示。结果 实验验证了系统能对单面机生产进行自动控制, 界面设计操作简便。结论 通过对单面机主要工艺参数的自动控制, 能有效降低单面机的成本并提高产品质量。 |

Abstract: |
To study the designing method for the automatic control system and HMI of corrugated single facer. Based on PLC and touch screen HMI technology, the overall design scheme of the control system for the single facer was made, and the main technological parameters such as paper temperature, corrugating pressure and the quantity of glue were controlled and displayed. The experiment verified that the control system could automatically control the production of the single facer, and the HMI operation was quite easy. Through automatic control of the main technological parameters of the single facer, the production costs could be effectively reduced and the product quality could be improved. |
