高防潮阻隔性封套包装复合材料设计探讨

摘要:
目的 探讨柔性封套包装用高防潮阻隔性复合材料的设计与选材。 方法 首先通过对封套包装的功能作用原理进行分析, 探讨封套复合材料的防潮阻隔性、使用性能、环境适应性及工艺性等设计内容与要求, 然后从环境、材料等方面简要分析直接影响封套复合材料防潮阻隔性能的主要相关因素, 并对材料结构设计、功能层材料选用等进行研究。 结果 总结分析了封套复合材料结构铺层设计、材料选用设计方法以及需要注意的事项。 结论 封套包装复合材料的性能设计、结构铺层设计及功能层材料选用 ,应以能够满足装备可靠封存防护要求为前提,同时兼顾其使用性和经济性。

Abstract:
Objective To Study the design and material selection of envelope packaging composite materials. Methods The function mechanism of envelope packaging was briefly introduced , the moisture barrier property, usability, environmental suitability and manufacturability were analyzed, the influencing factors on moisture barrier performance were analyzed based on the environment and material characteristics, and the structure design as well as functional material selection were studied. Results The multilayer structure design, functional materials selection and key attention points were summarized and analyzed. Conclusion The performance design, structure design, and functional material selection must first of all meet the packaging protection requirements of the equipments, and meanwhile take account of the usability and economical efficiency.
