一种新型间歇式展览机械的设计与仿真分析

摘要:
目的 在国内展览设施不完善的情况下, 设计一种新型包装机械以更好地满足展览要求。 方法由槽轮机构、防摆机构和起升机构组成, 实现机械运转过程中的平稳性和间歇性。 建立 1∶20 缩小模型, 对槽轮机构、防摆机构、升降机构等主要机构进行分析计算和优化, 并运用 Adams 和 Ansys 软件进行优化仿真。 结果 分析各个机构设计和仿真结果, 进行优化后, 满足要求。 结论 经过仿真和实物制作验证后,得出该展览机械具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:
Objective To better meet the requirements of exhibitions under the current situation that the exhibition equipments are not perfect. Methods The system was composed of Geneva mechanism, anti-sway mechanism and lifting mechanism to achieve smooth and intermittent operation of the machinery. A 1:20 model was built to analyze, calculate and optimize the major institutions, including Geneva mechanism, anti-sway mechanism and lifting mechanism. Adams and Ansys were then used for optimization and simulation. Results After analysis and optimization of various mechanical design and the simulation results, the requirements were met. Conclusion Results of simulation and optimization of the major institutions verified the feasibility of the exhibition machinery.
