目的 研究制袋设备的智能化控制系统及人机界面设计方法。 方法 基于 PLC 和触摸屏技术,制定控制系统的总体设计方案,对制袋机的系统构成、功能规划、人机界面进行研究和设计。 结果 实验验证了该系统能对制袋过程进行智能控制,界面设计符合用户认知习惯,操作简单。 结论 通过对制袋设备的控制系统和人机界面进行改进设计,能有效提高产品的质量和效率。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To research the intelligent control system and human-machine interface design approach of bag-making equipment. Methods Based on PLC and touch screen technique, the overall design scheme of control system was made. Also, the system structure, function planning and human-machine interface of bag-making machine were researched and designed. Results Intelligent control of the system for the process of bag-making was verified by the tests of equipment. In conformance with the cognitive habits of the users, the control system could be easily operated. Conclusion Through the modification design of control system and human-machine interface for bag-making equipment, the product quality and efficiency could be effectively improved. |
