| 从老年人的生理、心理特征出发，分析了老年公寓不同于普通公寓的功能特征，从“以人为本”的设计原则出发，论述了老年公寓智能家居的系统构成。在此基础上，提出了适用于家居环境，符合老年人生活和使用习惯，同时又结合当今先进科技发展的智能家居系统的设计方案，旨在提高老年人居家生活的质量，提高老年公寓的建设水平。 |

| From the perspective of the elderly′s physiological and psychological, this paper analyzes the functional difference between the elderly′s apartment and common apartment. it discusses the systematical constitution of smart house of apartment for the aged, starting from the human-oriented principle. Based on it, to enhance the living quality of the aged and the building level of apartment for the aged, this article puts forward the design proposal that suits the household environment , the elderly′s life habits and combines advanced technology. |
