| 对 GDX2 包装机条包透明纸松弛、皱褶的原因进行了分析研究,采用热风干燥原理设计了非接触式条包美容装置。 该装置由加热器、温控检测器、条包翻转机构以及防护装置等组成,通过热空气对条包透明纸进行加热收缩,改善香烟条包外观质量。 该装置可以广泛地用于食品、药品、各种礼品的透明纸外包装美容,对提升产品包装质量有实际意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The causes of relaxation and crease of carton cellophane in GDX2 packer were analyzed. A non-contact package beautifying device was designed based on the principle of hot air drying. The device is composed of heater, temperature control detector, turnover mechanism, and protective devices etc. The carton cellophane was shrinkwraped through hot air to improve the quality of appearance. The device can be widely used for cellophane paper packaging in food, medicine, gifts and so forth, it has practical significance in improving product packaging quality. |
