| 以数字化技术日臻完善并向健身行业等各个领域的快速渗透为启示，分析了数字化健身产品的设计现状，并探讨了办公人群因久坐而引起的健康问题和其对健康的迫切需求。在此基础上，提出了个人数字化健康助理的设计方案，阐述了数字化健康助理的功能与特点，并对其交互方式和界面设计进行了实践探索。 |

| Abstract: |
| Inspired by the digital technology entering its maturing age at a steady pace and rapidly penetrating to the fitness industry as well as other fields, it analyzed the design situation of digital fitness products, and below analyzed the health problem of white-collar workers, caused by their sedentary habits, and thereby to reveal their strong demand on health. Based on these, it propsed a design program of personal digital health assistant, which indicated the features and characteristics of the digital health assistants and bestowed some considerable attention to its interaction and interface design. |
