基于ANSYS的胶印机匀墨系统动态仿真

摘要:
在胶印机匀墨系统中,串墨辊在串墨机构带动下在轴向做往复运动,同时在驱动作用下做周向转动,通过摩擦力带动匀墨辊转动。利用ANSYS软件建立了串墨辊和匀墨辊模型,添加不同的边界条件,进行了仿真,得到了匀墨辊的应力和变形以及运动情况。结果表明:匀墨辊受到大小相同、方向不断变化的剪切应力,匀墨辊和串墨辊之间存在相对滑动,匀墨辊在接触区存在压应力,在接触区附近存在拉应力。为进一步研究油墨在轴向和周向的打匀以及油墨的传递特性提供参考依据。

Dynamic Simulation of Ink-average System of Offset Machine Based on ANSYS

Abstract:
In the ink-average system of offset machine, the reciprocating motion of ink vibrator was supplied by the oscillating ink mechanism; ink vibrator does axial motion, and at the same time turns around its central axis, driving the ink distributing roller through friction. The model of ink distributing roller and ink vibrator was built by using ANSYS and different boundary conditions were added. The simulation was carried out to acquire the stress, deformation and movement of the ink distributing roller. The result showed that the magnitude of shear stress is constant, but its direction changes frequently; there is relative sliding between ink vibrator and ink distributing roller; and there is pressure stress in contact area and pulling stress near the contact area. The purpose was to provide reference for study of ink-average process and ink flow.
