创新型刀架的设计开发研究

摘要:
选择厨房刀架为设计研究对象,以期通过科学的研究方法,开发出在市场上具有竞争力的创新型产品。调查研究市场中既存产品的功能特点、造型特点、产品材料、价格以及存在的使用问题等要素,运用IMAGE MAP 分析方法,提出产品设计开发方向,并进行刀架产品设计开发实践。

Abstract:
Chosing kitchen knife stands as the design and development object, it aimed at developing innovative kitchen products of competitiveness in the market by means of scientific research. It made a survey in the market on the existed related products in the respect of main features, style characteristics, product materials, prices as well as the factors concerning problems when using the products. By applying analytical method of IMAGE MAP, it put forward the development direction of product design and conducted the actual design and development for knife stand products.
