| 结合当今社会倡导的低碳经济发展理念， 从4个方面分析了出版物包装材料的现状。在此基础上， 提出了加强监管采取有效的激励措施， 加强技术创新构建循环产业链、 加强新型低碳包装材料应用的对策， 来有效减少出版物包装材料污染对环境的危害,以实现自然生态环境和经济社会的可持续发展。 |

| As well as promoting low-carbon economy in the current social concept, it analyzed the status of packaging materials in publications from 4 aspects. It put forward the measures to promote low carbon packaging material in the packaging application by strengthening the supervisor of taking effective incentive policies, to enhance technological innovation to build the recycling industry chain, to enhance the application of new low-carbon packaging materials and other methods, effective reduce environmental hazards caused by pollution of packaging material of publications, to achieve the sustainable development of ecological environment and economic society. |
